Account Executive (Min. 2 Years)

We support any size of customer, from a sole proprietor accountant or bookkeeper to large corporations. We serve customers in more than 20 countries including the UK. We have permanent offices in India, and the UK.

Job Responsibilities:

• Invoices / Bill / Bank transactions processing in bookkeeping software
• Bank / Credit Card Reconciliation
• Supplier & Customer statements Reconciliation
• Very good knowledge on UK VAT categorization & Nominal Coding
• Preparation of VAT returns, MTD & VAT return filing through software
• Extracting reports from bookkeeping software

Job Requirements:

• Min. 2 years of excellent experience on UK Bookkeeping, VAT and Management Accounts preparation
• Daily Client dealing, communication and managing work.
• Excellent knowledge on Sage, Xero, Dext, Hubdoc, QBO
• High level of computer literacy across Microsoft Word & Excel
• A demonstrated ability to work successfully in a team environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent command over English Language – Written, Spoken, Interpretational

• B. Com/M. Com/CA (Inter)
